Yes—number portability in du Business is supported subject to standard checks. Share your current provider/account details and we’ll handle the request with du.
We are here to connect a new Wifi connection you. or if you have an active connection already Call 800155 and tell them your new address and move date. They’ll place a relocation order with du, confirm coverage at the new location, and book a slot so you stay connected.
In most cases, yes—subject to coverage and your contract status. We’ll check eligibility and switch you to the higher tier if available.
du supplies compatible routers for each plan (5G or fibre). Third-party routers can often be used in bridge/PPPoE modes, but we recommend keeping du’s device for support and firmware updates. We’ll advise based on your plan.
Run a speed test via Ethernet (for fibre) or near the router (for 5G). For better Wi-Fi, place the router centrally, reduce obstacles, and consider mesh nodes for large villas. Ask us for a mesh recommendation if needed.
Always pay through the du App or official du domains, and beware of links in unexpected emails/SMS—even if the sender name looks official (spoofing exists). If unsure, contact us or du support before clicking.
